The dust and noise in the organic fertilizer production line equipment mainly come from the organic fertilizer pulverizer. If it’s a generally uniform noise, that’s normal. Sometimes the sound of the noise varies depending on the material. These two indicators should be fully considered when selecting models. If you have to choose a grinder with a lot of noise and dust, you should take sound insulation and dust-proof measures to improve the working environment, which is beneficial to the health of the operator.
So how to improve the noise and dust of the organic fertilizer production line grinder, EMCC put forward the following two suggestions.
1. Sound absorption rate
Taking the generator room as an example, the roof ceiling is laid with ultra-fine glass wool sound-absorbing felt, plus microporous galvanized sheet
2. Shock absorption
The shock absorption design will be divided into active and passive shock absorption according to the connection method between the shock source and the supporting shock source. Depending on the vibration pattern, it can be controlled by solid vibration isolation and damping. The choice of shock-absorbing material requires professionalism. Analyze and formulate corresponding shock absorption technical solutions, and select the correct shock absorption products.
Taking a generator as an example, a concrete vibration damping foundation can be set on the base of the generator. It is recommended to install a “V” type shock absorber at the same time. Corrugated expansion joints are installed in the exhaust pipe of the generator to reduce the transmission of vibrations in the pipe. According to the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure at the outlet of diesel generators, stainless steel corrugated expansion joints are selected.
