The common processes for producing organic fertilizer from livestock and poultry manure are: pig manure organic fertilizer production line, chicken manure organic fertilizer production line, sheep manure organic fertilizer production line, cow manure organic fertilizer production line, etc.
Today, let’s take a look at what machinery and equipment are required in the production of compound fertilizers, and what are their respective functions?
1. Raw materials: urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride and other raw materials are proportioned in a certain proportion.
2. Mixing of raw materials: Mix the prepared raw materials evenly to increase the uniform fertilizer content of the whole fertilizer granules (a disc mixer can be used).
3. Raw material granulation: send the evenly mixed raw materials to a granulator for granulation (rotary granulator or extrusion granulator can be used).
4. Granule drying: The granules made by the granulator are sent to the dryer to dry the moisture contained in the granules, increase the strength of the granules, and facilitate storage (using a drum dryer).
5. Particle cooling: The temperature of the dried fertilizer particles is too high and it is easy to agglomerate. Once cooled, it is easy to bag, store and transport (using a roller cooler).
6. Particle classification: The particles after cooling are classified, the unqualified particles are pulverized and re-granulated, and the qualified products are screened (using a drum screener).
7. Finished film: coating qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of particles (fertilizer coating machine).
8. Finished product packaging: package the coated granules into finished products and store them in a ventilated place (fertilizer packaging machine).
