The double shaft fertilizer mixer is a new generation of mixing equipment developed by our company. This machine can fully mix the raw materials, and after the machine operation is completed, there will be no raw materials sticking to the inner wall of the machine. It is suitable for mixing organic fertilizers and inorganic fertilizers.
Specific features: 1. The materials are fully mixed, thereby improving the uniformity of mixing; 2. The gap between the rotor and the casing can be adjusted to near zero by adopting a novel rotor structure, which effectively reduces the residual amount of materials; 3. The special rotor design of the machine can also crush larger materials.
The horizontal mixer can be divided into three parts:
Frame part: All working bodies of the machine are installed and fixed on the frame. The frame of the machine is welded with high-quality carbon steel plate and channel steel, and has passed strict product qualification certification and specific process requirements, and has reached the factory standard;
Transmission connection part: the motor drives the pulley, the V-belt, and the reducer to drive, so that the main shaft rotates and the raw material is stirred.
Mixing work part: the spiral mixing blades welded to the main shaft rotate synchronously to evenly turn the materials in the mixing chamber, so that the materials can be fully mixed. After a period of mixing, the materials will be discharged from the special discharge port under the machine .
