Pig manure is a common organic fertilizer raw material. After fermentation, it becomes a multifunctional organic fertilizer. However, it takes 1-3 months to make organic fertilizer using natural fermented pig manure. Too long processing time is not conducive to continuous production. In response to this problem, the compost dumper equipment came into being. Using a turner, the time for making organic fertilizer can be shortened to less than 1 month.
So how to use the turning machine to make pig manure organic fertilizer? What is the specific method?
1. Feeding and adding bacteria: Prepare the manure that needs to be fermented, and mix the pig manure with the pig manure starter in proportion, such as: about 1 ton of fresh pig manure plus 0.25kg of the pig manure starter.
2. Pig manure pile: pile the prepared pig manure, and sprinkle with fungi at the same time. The height and volume of the pile should not be too short or too small. Requirements: The pile height is 1.5-2 meters, the width is 2 meters, and the length is not limited.
3. Adjust moisture. The moisture content of fermented pig manure should be controlled at 40%-65%. Judgment of moisture content: Hold a handful of pig manure tightly with both hands, and see that there is a watermark between the fingers but no dripping water.
4. Initial temperature. The starting temperature should be above 15°C. In winter, try fermenting indoors or in a greenhouse. It can also be fermented outdoors in summer. Not affected by season.
5. Stir the material evenly and increase the ventilation. Pig manure starter requires aerobic fermentation. Therefore, oxygen supply measures should be increased during operation.
6. Fermentation is completed. Generally, after 48 hours of pig manure stacking, the temperature rises to 50-60 ℃, and it can reach above 65 ℃ on the third day. At the above-mentioned high temperature, the fermentation can be completed by turning the heap twice.
When the material is dark brown and the temperature begins to drop to room temperature, the fermentation is complete.
