Preparations before operation:
1. After the installation and inspection of the organic fertilizer screening machine, it can be put into trial operation. Before the trial operation, carefully check whether the components are installed correctly as shown in the drawings, whether the fasteners are reliable, and whether there are obstacles in the operation of the screen body.
2. Open the rectangular overhaul door and manually rotate the screen to observe whether the comb screen mechanism has stuck phenomenon. If so, it can be adjusted by adjusting the bolt.
3. Check whether the bearing seat and gearbox are well lubricated, and whether the oil level of the gearbox is appropriate.
4. The power connector should be firm and reliable, with good insulation and correct connection.
Precautions for screening machine feeding test:
1. Under the condition of stable operation of the organic fertilizer screening machine, start the feeding equipment and carry out the feeding test.
2. Close the sealing isolation cover after normal discharge. When the seal isolator is functioning properly, it should always be in the closed position.
3. Check for particle size, leaks and dust.
4. After working for half an hour, carefully check each part to find out the problem and deal with it in time.
5. The operation should be checked frequently during the working process. If it is found that there is abnormal operation or abnormal sound, stop the inspection in time, find out the reason, and eliminate the fault.
Screening machine operation and maintenance:
1. When driving, start the screen first, and then turn on the feeding device.
2. Three days before starting the machine, check the cage and drum net fasteners every day. If they are loose, they should be fastened in time. In the future, the cage and drum mesh fasteners can be inspected and processed regularly (weekly or half a month).
3. The bearing seat and gearbox should be regularly checked for lubrication, and oil should be added and replaced in time. Under normal circumstances, add grease every two months, and the filling amount should not be too much, otherwise it will easily lead to overheating of the bearing. The bearing should be cleaned and checked once a year.
4. When the equipment is closed for a long time (more than 30 days), the insulation of the motor should be shaken to avoid burning the motor.
