ROLLER GRANULATOR
Roller Granulation is the main granulating equipment in pressure granulation production line. It extrudes the fertilizer raw material into granules through two relatively rotating rollers.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The working principle of fertilizer roller granulator is mainly based on squeezing pressure. When the fertilizer material passes through the two rotating rollers, due to the squeezing force, the material is extruded into flakes and then broken into granules. This process has the possibility to add binder in order to extrude and mold.
FEATURES
Roller granulator is characterized by simple structure, easy operation, simple maintenance and high production efficiency. It can produce particles of uniform size and moderate hardness, and the large-size roll extrusion granulator is also suitable for large-scale fertilizer production.
